Almost perfect
My insulated coffee cup holds about 17ozs. My Frieling Polished Stainless French Press, 17-Ounce is 17oz. I looked all over for a good small water kettle. I live in my camper over the summer so small is important. A litre or quart would have been ok, but this is perfect. I heats the water (up to max level) in about the same amount of time it takes me to get the beans out and grind them in my manual burr grinder. I like it much better than using the microwave because I really know the water is boiling. Also the microwave will not fit in my camper. I love this. It even matches my camper, but I would love to have it in stainless steel.
It is efficient, fast, nice looking, quality product. I recommend, will probably get another when this one wears out unless I can find very similar in stainless steel.
Perfect for travel
I make my own coffee, even on the road. When a few hotels didnt have a hot water kettle, I bought this. My goes in my suitcase easy, and I can put toiletries inside it to save space.
Should have gotten one of these sooner!
I am very glad I read lots of reviews on this type of product. I finally settled on this one and very glad I did. I work at home and I am at my desk all day. I love the auto off feature when the water is boiling! Great quality item! I also like the fact that the base with cord is not attached to the kettle. Great safety feature!
