Miele Dishwasher F70 Code Resolved
After 4 years of using the Miele Optima Series Dishwahser, we started receiving an F70 error code. Called the Miele Tech support and they said we have been using too much soap over the years and the soap debris and bubbles were causing the float in the under pan to set off the F70 code. They recommended draining the pan and run the dishwasher conditioner. While pulling out the dishwasher to get to the pan was a pain (and releveling /screwing it back under the counter), it seemed to have fixed the problem. The Miele customer service was very helpful and mailed us the dishwasher conditioner for free. They indicated most dishwasher tablets from the stores use too much soap for the Miele dishwasher, only a tablespoon of detergent is needed. Also, I tried to find a Miele tech through the yellow pages, and all but 1 of the appliance repair shops said they work on Miele. Dishwasher Like New Again
