vaccuum worked like brand new. perfect size. been ordering them for quite a while. has kept my vaccuum running with high efficiency for years.
Not the same as a Bissell original
This filter fits my vacuum cleaner well. It filters. But it seems to be a finer filter than the original filter. This filter looks like off-white heavy paper. The old one was a charcoal-colored mesh of fibers. My vacuum cleaner has started to overheat, and I think this filter is the cause.
Of course I'm not completely sure, but I've had this vacuum for 3 years, I wash all the filters regularly, and the vacuum is always used to clean the same areas and to remove the same kinds of dirt. This time when I took all the filters out to clean them I noticed that the pattern in which the dirt had clumped onto the filters was different, as well as the distribution of dirt in the dirt catch. This makes me suspect the airflow in my vacuum has changed, and the most likely reason for that seems to be the new filter.
Exact fit to my machine
The item quality is good and it is exact fit to my machine. But the outer foam disappointed me a little bit as it is not continuous. It glue the linear foam to become circular. That is different from the original one.
The price is reasonal. So it is the good recommended replacement.
