overpriced and little benefit
I purchased this GE part for my over the range microwave. I find that it is poorly made and overpriced. I choose the GE part versus the after market no name brand because I thought that I would get a better product and end result. I think the next one will be the cheaper part even if I have to replace it more often.
Exactly as described
This filter does nothing other than reduce the amount of grease which gets into the venting system. It's cheap enough and fits well. That's all I can really ask.
Great replacement
Bought this because the old filter for my microwave is totally messed up. This fits perfectly in our GE microwave hood. The price is also very reasonable vs the ones I saw in the local stores.
