sent the wrong item
Like another customer, I received the Crucial Vacuum brand of HEPA filter, instead the washable pre-filter that I had ordered. I did get a quick refund though.
I ordered the replacement from someone else.
Received wrong filter
I received a Crucial Hepa Filter instead of what's pictured. I've been trying to replace the Hepa Filter with the washable/reusable Pre-filter(pictured) on-line to no avail. Please help...I fell I should not pay return postage seeing I received the wrong item.

Just as advertised
Perfect fit for my cleaner and cheaper than the store. I purchase two of them which will last longer than the device.
